About Hot Stack:
Hot Stack is a Birmingham-based videography studio led by Director of Photography and colorist Dustin Harrelson. Inspired by the warmth of a classic diner and the craftsmanship of a well-made film, Hot Stack blends heartfelt storytelling with cinematic visuals that leave a lasting impression.

For HotStack, the brand needed to feel authentic, memorable, and made-to-order—just like Dustin’s approach on set. We built an identity that nods to retro diner culture while highlighting the precision and personality behind every project. The voice is honest and inviting; the visuals are nostalgic with a hint of vintage film.

From handcrafted logos and matchbook-inspired patterns to tagline menus and type treatments, the brand serves up exactly what Dustin brings to his client work: clarity, connection, and creative storytelling that sticks.
